Fernando Margarit joined Hogan Lovells as a corporate and finance partner in its infrastructure, energy, resources, and projects practice in Miami, the firm announced Thursday.
Margarit represents clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors in digital infrastructure projects, equity investments, project financings, and emerging technologies. His practice focuses on subsea and terrestrial network builds, as well as data centers. He advises content providers, multinational telecommunications carriers, hyperscalers, tech and media companies, governmental entities, equipment vendors, private equity firms, infrastructure venture capital funds, and financial institutions, the firm said.
