James Morrissey and Kyle Johnson joined Massumi + Consoli as partners in its new real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Morrissey counsels investors, developers, and operators on acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, and financings involving diverse real estate assets. He advises on high-value transactions involving both traditional real estate and energy-related infrastructure projects, the firm said.
Johnson advises clients on the environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions. His practice includes due diligence, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance, the firm said.
