Salim Rahim joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its tax practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rahim represents Fortune 500 companies on transfer pricing planning projects and disputes. His practice centers on negotiating and securing advance pricing agreements for multinational companies across technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive, luxury fashion, and financial services industries, and he advises companies on mutual agreement procedure proceedings and global supply chain restructuring matters, the firm said.
He joins from Baker McKenzie.
