Verizon’s Top Lawyer Sees Double-Digit Compensation Increase

Verizon Communications Inc.'s chief legal officer garnered a 15% pay bump last year.

Vandana Venkatesh’s compensation package totaled $7.4 million for 2025, according to Verizon’s proxy statement filed Monday. She has been in her current role since October 2022, though she wasn’t listed among the company’s top-paid executives until last year.
