Patrick Valenti joined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its private investment funds practice in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Valenti, who joins from Kirkland & Ellis, advises sponsors on the formation, fundraising, and operation of private investment funds. He focuses on middle-market PE funds ranging from $250 million to $3 billion, the firm said.
