Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island must face a family’s lawsuit seeking nearly $50,000 for a child’s three-month stay at a Utah wilderness therapy facility aimed at treating mental health issues.
The family’s Blue Cross health plan covers “intermediate care services,” which could include the child’s care at Aspiro Wilderness Adventure Therapy, Judge Mary S.
