McKinsey & Co. and its insurers are seeking to dismiss each other’s state court cases in their battle over coverage for opioid lawsuits, aiming to litigate the insurance dispute in their respective preferred forum.
The clash is one of several venue fights playing out in opioid-related insurance coverage cases.
