Danish jewelry company Pandora A/S is weighing potential price increases in the US and elsewhere due to higher tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, according to its chief executive officer.
“Everybody in the affordable jewelry category in the US, pretty much without exception, input from somewhere in Asia where there are varying degrees of tariffs,” CEO Alexander Lacik said in an interview on Friday. Although the timing and extent of price increases remains unclear, “the US consumer will have to foot the bill,” he added.
