Whether you agree with his goals or methods or not, it’s hard to disagree with the statement that US President Donald Trump has over the past decade led the way in dismantling the global order. Or, that his efforts to do so have accelerated over the past year with his return to power.
But what about in building what comes next? Or at least giving structure and rules to the economic relationships in the new world Trump has wrought?
