‘AGI House’ AI Event Trademark Fight Expands With Countersuit (2)

A Silicon Valley feud over the rights to use “AGI House” as a trademark for hosting AI talent collaborations escalated with a second federal lawsuit Wednesday.

AI researcher and entrepreneur Jeremy Nixon said in his complaint that Rocky Yu was hired as house manager for the original AGI House but instead surreptitiously stole the brand after Nixon had renamed his rented mansion and AI idea incubation hub from NeoGenesis to AGI House. Nixon accused Yu of trying to “rewrite the founding story of AGI House.”
