Judge Ana C. Reyes denied as moot Masimo’s August motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in a minute order issued Tuesday.
Reyes paused the lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Columbia last month after the US International Trade Commission launched a new proceeding examining changes to
