The District of Delaware denied Gameshow Network LLC’s motion for summary judgment on Cinemavault Inc.'s action for trademark infringement and unfair competition relating to the “Cinemavault” mark. The court concluded that there is a sufficient factual basis to create a genuine dispute of material fact to defeat Gameshow Network’s claim that there is no likelihood of confusion under the Lanham Act.
