A Dallas Cowboys fan sued Netflix US LLC and the producers of a documentary for including part of his viral video of himself punching his TV, ripping it off the wall, and shooting it after a Monday Night Football loss.

Netflix’s new film “America’s Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys,” used Dallas fan Juan Gonzales’ copyright-protected video posted after a defeat by the Arizona Cardinals without permission, his complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas said.
