A jury decided Impossible Foods Inc. owes influencer Joel Runyon and his company Impossible X LLC $3.25 million in damages for infringing his “Impossible” trademarks.
The jury issued a unanimous verdict in Runyon’s favor, finding that Impossible Foods willfully and maliciously infringed two of his registered trademarks covering goods including clothing and nutritional supplements, according to a verdict docketed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
