Netlist Says Micron Trying to Undo $445 Million Patent Verdict

Netlist Inc. told an Idaho federal judge Micron Technology Inc.’s latest allegations of bad faith are an attempt to undo a $445 million patent verdict in Texas.

Idaho-based Micron can’t allege Netlist made baseless accusations in Texas federal court over nine patents, according to a motion to dismiss filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Idaho. Texas juries determined Micron and Samsung Electronics Co. infringed a combination of the nine patents, Netlist argued.
