Realtek Semiconductor Corp. failed to convince a Texas federal judge Future Link Systems LLC’s litigation conduct in two dismissed patent suits warranted awarding attorneys’ fees.

Realtek didn’t provide enough evidence to support its argument that Future Link misrepresented key facts to the court, that its allegations were meritless, or that the patent owner committed litigation abuse, Judge Alan Albright said in a redacted copy of the March 30 order made public Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
