Two Ryder Transportation Solutions LLC truck drivers are no longer pursuing a biometric privacy class action against the transportation and logistics company after reaching an agreement in principle to settle.
According to court documents from the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the drivers’ individual claims are dismissed with prejudice, but the claims of the putative class are dismissed without prejudice, meaning they could be filed again.
