Samsung Phones Should be Blocked, Patent Owner Tells Texas Court

A patent owner asked a Texas federal court to block sales of infringing Samsung phones after a $445 million jury verdict against the Korean conglomerate, arguing that more than a decade of case law disfavoring such an injunction should be discarded.
