The NFL and Black coaches on Tuesday failed to convince a judge to reconsider which claims must face arbitration as part of a class-action lawsuit alleging racial discrimination and retaliation.
The ruling keeps Brian Flores in court for his claims against the Denver Broncos, the New York Giants and the Houston Texans, but keeps his claims against the Miami Dolphins in arbitration, alongside Steve Wilks’ against the Arizona Cardinals and Ray Horton‘s against the Tennessee Titans.
