Arbitrator Lee Hornberger held that ProFinance Federal Credit Union violated CBA Art. 10, Sec. 1 when the credit union discharged the grievant without providing her due process, while the credit union showed the grievant violated misrepresentation rules in a CBA, granting the grievance in part and denying it in part.
