Arbitrator Thadd A. Gnocchi denied the grievance challenging BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc.'s termination of the grievant, a confined space attendant and eight-year employee. The grievant was terminated for his role in an incident in which alcohol applied inside a core barrel created explosion-level hazardous air conditions.
