Judge ‘Disturbed’ by Alleged Gala Shooter’s Jail Conditions

A federal judge said Monday he was “disturbed” after learning the man accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump at a recent Washington gala is being held in solitary confinement in addition to other restrictive conditions while in custody.
