Defunct prison health-care company Tehum Care Services Inc.'s former insiders and affiliates, including YesCare Corp., have allegedly failed to make months of settlement payments to creditor trusts, risking renewed litigation.
They didn’t make five monthly payments of $1.5 million to two trusts meant to pay unsecured creditors and personal injury and wrongful death claimants, according to a Monday notice filed by the trusts’ lawyers in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
