Duane Morris hired Daniel Spencer as a partner in its employment, labor, benefits and immigration practice group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Spencer advises on all aspects of employment-related litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act matters, as well as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination claims, the firm said. He joins from O’Hagan Meyer.
