Corporate legal teams are expanding their reliance on outside service providers and artificial intelligence to meet a heavier workload, according to a new survey.
Forty-seven percent of general counsel and chief legal officers said they rely on outside service providers to handle increases in work and risk, according to a survey published Wednesday by FTI Consulting Inc and the legal tech company Relativity ODA LLC.
