Robert Leung, Mike Huang, and Daniel Grossman joined Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as partners in its corporate M&A practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Leung will serve as the firm’s head of energy, mining, and infrastructure, Americas. The team, which join from Paul Hastings, brings experience navigating complex, multijurisdictional matters in strategizing, structuring, and negotiating deals that align with their clients’ operational and business objectives, risk tolerance, and strategic mandates, HSF Kramer said.
