Mohammed Alammar and Anmar Algharifi joined Reed Smith as partners in its corporate practice in Riyadh, the firm announced Monday.
Alammar advises clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council on corporate matters, projects and infrastructure, PPP, real estate, investment funds, and finance. Algharifi advises on public and private M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, corporate structuring, and foreign investment matters, the firm said.
