Rouzbeh “Robbie” Alipour joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its taxation and wealth planning department in Chicago, the firm announced Friday.
Alipour advises multinational businesses and private clients on U.S. international tax planning and manages U.S. tax matters affecting high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. He oversees inbound and outbound structuring for multinational companies and brings experience in multinational group restructurings and reorganizations, the firm said.
He joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
