Lloyd Stephenson has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP as Global Director of Inclusion & Diversity and Recruitment, a newly created role.
Stephenson will be responsible for the firm’s global inclusion and recruitment strategies, advancing the firm’s portfolio of inclusion and diversity initiatives, Bryan Cave said Wednesday.
Stephenson joins from Ashurst LLP, where he was as head of diversity and resourcing. Before entering the legal industry, he served in several senior human resources roles for Barclays and worked for executive search firms.
