Latham & Watkins partners Jonathan Castelan and Trevor Lavelle are among the UK firm’s new hires in Houston, Clifford Chance said Monday. Castelan handles energy infrastructure M&A deals and Lavelle is a capital markets lawyer with experience in sustainability and green-linked deals.
