Ann Kashishian has joined Lewis Brisbois as a partner in the complex business and commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency practices in the Wilmington, Del., office, the firm said Tuesday.
Kashishian has experience representing committees and individual creditors in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, according to Lewis Brisbois.
Before joining the firm, she owned and operated her own law firm.
