Arizona Sheds DOJ Voter Roll Access Suit in Another Trump Loss

An Arizona federal judge dismissed the Justice Department’s attempt to force the state to hand over its voter rolls.

Judge Susan M. Brnovich, a President Donald Trump appointee to the US District Court for the District of Arizona, relied on the legal reasoning a Michigan federal judge used when she ruled in a similar case in February. The administration has lost several of the dozens of lawsuits it’s filed against states that refused to turn over their voter rolls amid the president’s and his allies’ baseless fraud claims.
