Four Massachusetts cannabis retailers asked the state high court to spike a certified ballot question to repeal the state’s broad legalization and recreational sales of marijuana.
The retailers say the the ballot measure illegally combines multiple distinct issues into a single ballot question. The practice, known as “logrolling,” has resulted in the Supreme Judicial Court has striking down ballot initiatives in the past.
