Dissatisfied ticket buyers of the 2023 Electric Zoo music festival in New York City moved to pursue class certification for an estimated 60,000 people while the event’s operator, Avant Gardner, works through bankruptcy.
The company’s bankruptcy litigation stay should be lifted so the putative class can seek relief in New York federal district court allowing it to file a single claim worth at least $11 million, ticket buyers told the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday.
