The University of Cincinnati sued its former star quarterback, Brendan Sorsby, saying he breached a name, image, and likeness agreement and damaged the institution to the tune of more than $1 million by transferring to Texas Tech.
Sorsby agreed to pay $1 million within 30 days if he breached the agreement but has refused to do so, according to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
