A fired Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP executive has sued the firm over claims she suffered discrimination because of her Guatemalan national origin, including interfering with her right to take Family and Medical Leave Act leave.
Flor Gonzalez claims she was “repeatedly denied promotions and subjected to negative performance evaluations that lacked factual support,” while similarly situated White employees were promoted under “shifting and inconsistent rationales.”
