Hudl, PlayOn Streaming Suit Advances Over Internet Immunity Law

A dispute over alleged misappropriation of exclusive streaming and distribution rights for high school sporting events will advance to limited discovery regarding the internet immunity law known as Section 230, a Delaware Chancery Court judge ruled Tuesday.
