Maravai LifeSciences Holdings Inc. and a group of its shareholders agreed to close a securities lawsuit related to the company’s stock drop.
Judge Andrew G. Schopler entered a judgment in favor of Maravai LifeSciences after lead plaintiff Erwin Ortiz decided to not submit an amended complaint or appeal, according to a Monday order filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of California. In granting the parties’ joint motion for judgment, the court dismissed the case with prejudice.
