Monsanto, Ex-Burlington High Teachers Settle PCBs Lawsuit (1)

A group of former teachers at Burlington High School in Vermont agreed to drop their lawsuit against Monsanto Co. and its affiliates over their exposure to harmful levels of polychlorinated biphenyls through school building materials.

Judge William K. Sessions III of the US District Court for the District of Vermont dismissed the case with prejudice Thursday after the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal. Monsanto said in a statement that the parties reached a confidential settlement agreement.
