Nahon Saharovich & Trotz PLC will pay $232,500 to settle a proposed class action following a cybersecurity incident that resulted in a breach of personal and health information.
The personal injury law firm’s payment will be distributed to the over-15,000-person class on a pro rata basis after deducting costs. No one has filed an objection to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Magistrate Judge John M. Bodenhausen said Wednesday.
