Natera Inc. sued a former sales specialist for allegedly downloading confidential company information before resigning and going to work for a direct competitor of the genetic testing company.
Mary Beth Hughes allegedly downloaded hundreds of files containing Natera’s sensitive information with the intention to use it for herself or on behalf of BillionToOne Inc. to compete against Natera, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
