A former New York Family Court judge failed to convince a federal court to reject a sexual harassment verdict his secretary obtained against him.
Richard Miller didn’t show the jury that heard Rachelle Gallagher’s equal protection-based hostile work environment allegations that she lacked an evidentiary basis to hold him liable, the US District Court for the Northern District of New York said.
