Ohio gambling regulators can act against Kalshi while the prediction market platform continues its legal battle against them, a federal judge ruled Monday.
Chief Judge Sarah D. Morrison of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio refused to grant Kalshi a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit the company filed in October against state officials, saying it’s unlikely to succeed by the end of the case.
