Princeton University defeated for now a lawsuit brought by a male student who alleged the school committee that found he violated Princeton’s code of conduct was biased against him due to his gender.
The student failed to allege “how the purported difference in his alleged treatment” by the university committee was tied to gender, Judge Zahid N. Quraishi of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey said in an unpublished Monday opinion dismissing without prejudice the student’s Title IX suit.
