A former R&L Carriers Shared Services LLC delivery driver’s wage-and-hour claims didn’t satisfy a federal judge who chided him for again failing to “meaningfully engage” with the company’s arguments for dismissal.
Plaintiff Jose Vazquez’s amended complaint against the trucking company suffered the same fate as an earlier version the US District Court for the Central District of California also threw out as insufficient.
