Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Hit With Proposed Class Suit Over Fees

Rihanna’s lingerie brand Savage X Fenty was accused in a new lawsuit of charging customers hidden tariff fees, letting prepaid credits expire, and deliberately obstructing membership cancellations.

Ebonie Maxwell and three other plaintiffs’ proposed class action say Savage X Fenty, a joint venture between Rihanna and TechStyle Fashion Group, intentionally misled customers into joining a paid membership program and using “drip pricing,” a technique where “junk fees” are disclosed late in the checkout process.
