Sean “Diddy” Combs has defeated another accuser’s attempt to remain anonymous in advancing claims of drugging, sexual assault, and trafficking against the music mogul.
Denying a motion to proceed anonymously, Judge Jennifer L. Rochon in New York noted the male aspiring musician wasn’t alone in making such allegations.
“This lawsuit is one of many filed against Combs in this District,” she said in an opinion issued Monday. “To date, nearly every court that has considered plaintiffs’ motions to proceed anonymously has denied the request.”
