Tortilla company El Milagro Inc. doesn’t have to face trial on a Chicago factory employee’s claims over workplace sexual touching and other alleged harassment, the Seventh Circuit ruled.

A jury could find the repeated touching of the female worker’s intimate body parts severe enough to make her job environment sexually hostile, a three-judge panel said.
