The Trump administration must reinstate cooperative agreements to organizations that provide resettlement services to refugees who recently came to the US, the Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday.
The administration likely violated the law when it terminated agreements that deprived newly admitted refugees benefits to which they were statutorily entitled, a divided US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said in a partial reversal.
