The Trump administration and teacher education associations have agreed to end the groups’ lawsuit seeking to restore grants the government deems promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, the National Center for Teacher Residencies, and the Maryland Association of Colleges for Teacher Education joined Secretary of Education Linda McMahon and other federal defendants with a stipulation of dismissal filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
